Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and maintain Kubernetes platforms for production at scale (cluster lifecycle, ingress, service meshes, cert-manager).
- Develop and maintain Helm charts and Kustomize for consistent, repeatable deployments; manage OKD/OpenShift stacks.
- Automate platform provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Helm.
- Build and run CI/CD and GitOps pipelines (ArgoCD) to ensure reliable delivery.
- Write automation and platform tooling in Go, Python or Bash.
- Implement observability with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry; establish SLI/SLOs.
- Integrate security and compliance controls into platform architecture; create runbooks and ADRs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams and mentor colleagues to share best practices.
Requirements:
- Several years’ experience in DevOps/platform engineering or similar fields.
- Minimum one year of hands-on, daily production experience with Kubernetes.
- Strong experience using Terraform and Helm for automation and configuration.
- Practical experience with OKD/OpenShift environments.
- Proven experience with CI/CD, GitOps and ArgoCD workflows.
- Experience with observability tooling and setting SLI/SLO targets.
- Proficiency in Go or Python (and Bash); strong communication and mentoring skills.
