Senior Product Manager – Crypto at HFM

Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned crypto products: discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap aligned to commercial impact, regulatory obligations, and platform reliability.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate third-party infrastructure (exchanges, custodians, liquidity providers, payment processors).
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure AML/KYT, Travel Rule and jurisdictional requirements are met.
- Convert customer needs and regulatory constraints into clear technical requirements and user stories; use Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
- Manage the agile product backlog, balancing new features with stability and operational efficiency.
- Monitor post-launch performance (adoption, transaction success, costs, client satisfaction) and drive data-informed improvements.
- Mentor and support other Product Managers to raise product practice maturity across the team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ product management experience, including at least 2 years owning crypto/digital asset products at an exchange, broker, wallet provider, or similar regulated entity.
- Strong knowledge of crypto product landscape: custody/wallets, trading (spot/derivatives), staking, stablecoins, and related operational flows.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (networks, transaction models, fees) and their operational implications.
- Proven experience with third-party crypto providers (custody, exchanges, liquidity providers, payment processors).
- Working knowledge of crypto-specific compliance: AML/KYT screening, Travel Rule, and awareness of regulatory frameworks (e.g., MiCA).
- Experience in regulated fintech, brokerage, or exchange environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
