Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core payment systems and scheme integrations (SEPA, SWIFT, APMs).
- Define and drive the product roadmap: ideation → design → implementation → continuous improvement.
- Lead scoping, prioritization, and delivery of platform/back-end features that improve stability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to deliver compliant, user-friendly payment journeys.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, and Finance to ensure regulatory and operational alignment.
- Use data and analytics to monitor product funnels, inform decisions, and optimize payment flow performance and costs.

Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally in FinTech, banking, PSPs, or online retail.
- Hands-on experience integrating payment schemes (SEPA, SWIFT, FPS or local rails) and launching backend-heavy products.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to read specs, flows, and payment data to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and product prioritization skills across engineering and business teams.
- Comfortable in regulated environments and collaborating with compliance/financial functions.
- Background in STEM, business, or economics; advanced degree (MBA/MS) is a plus.
- Experience with agile product development and a strategic, hands-on mindset.
