Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for fintech trading platforms to maximize automation coverage and reduce manual effort.
- Execute backend testing to ensure data validation, consistency between frontend and backend, and correct business logic.
- Perform end-to-end and integration testing across internal systems and third-party integrations.
- Debug, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools; collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
- Improve testing methodologies, frameworks, and tooling to increase efficiency and reliability of the release cycle.
- Share best practices, mentor colleagues, and promote a high-performance QA culture.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of QA/Test Automation experience with solid understanding of test theory and practical application.
- Experience programming or scripting in JS/TS, Python, or C# is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Git and experience using bug-tracking workflows.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work proactively in cross-functional teams.
- Desirable: SQL proficiency; experience with Solace or Kafka; Protobuf/gRPC/REST APIs; Postman/Insomnia; log analysis tools (Graylog, Kibana).
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
