Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver technical initiatives that improve product quality and stability.
- Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to align engineering work with business priorities.
- Implement and own backend features within a Consumer Product team, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Work with architects to address architectural challenges and improve system design.
- Improve the delivery process through better testing, CI/CD and observability practices.
- Coach colleagues, perform reviews and share knowledge across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend experience, ideally using PHP and Symfony.
- Solid understanding of relational databases (MariaDB/PostgreSQL) and scalable application design.
- Strong problem-solving ability and experience working in fast-paced product teams.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; open to working from Kaunas or Vilnius.
