Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing and finance teams to translate business questions into analytics requirements.
- Design, build and maintain reliable ETL/data pipelines and scalable data models for multi-terabyte datasets.
- Create clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations to surface trends, opportunities and performance metrics.
- Automate recurring reports and lightweight workflows to improve team efficiency and data reliability.
- Implement and support semantic governance and AI self-service tools to enable trusted, self-serve analytics.
- Deliver prescriptive recommendations and ad-hoc analyses that influence product features, sales strategy and ROI decisions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a data-focused role (Data Analyst, Data Engineer or similar) in a business-facing environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling and ETL (dbt experience is a plus).
- Intermediate Python ability to audit AI-generated code and automate simple workflows.
- Experience building dashboards with Superset, Looker or equivalent BI tools.
- Familiarity with modern data-platform tooling and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Snowflake Cortex, Cursor) is beneficial.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable translating insights into business actions.
