Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to define analytics requirements and translate them into data products and dashboards.
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure reliable, scalable data flows.
- Design data models and governance patterns to support reporting, AI self-service and semantic layers.
- Create clear, actionable visualizations and reports that surface insights for product, sales, marketing and finance.
- Drive prescriptive analytics and deliver data-driven recommendations to influence strategy and investments.

Requirements:
- 2+ years in a data-focused role (Data Analyst or Data Engineer) with strong SQL, data modelling and ETL experience; dbt is a plus.
- Intermediate Python skills to audit AI-generated code and automate lightweight workflows.
- Experience building dashboards with Superset, Looker or similar tools and working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling (e.g., Snowflake Cortex, Cursor) and data governance practices.
- Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving skills and willingness to work in Berlin (visa sponsorship supported).
