Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver phased features for a global cross-asset trade processing platform.
- Implement services for trade capture, persistence and distribution, providing real-time and on-demand access to downstream systems.
- Integrate with DevOps pipelines to deploy services to non-production and production environments.
- Maintain and support systems (not first-line), participate in testing, code reviews and incident resolution.
- Coordinate with other Global Markets technology teams and contribute to cross-team design and delivery.

Requirements:
- Strong Java development skills and a solid understanding of testing and DevOps practices in a delivery lifecycle.
- Experience or familiarity with distributed messaging technologies (JMS, Apache Pulsar or Solace) and relational databases (MS SQL Server).
- Knowledge of Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot) and reactive frameworks (Project Reactor / Spring WebFlux) is desirable.
- Exposure to CI/CD, deployments and global team collaboration across multiple time zones; strong communication skills.
- Experience with JavaScript/React or Python is a plus; interest or experience in applying AI to development workflows is beneficial.
