Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Go
- Participate in backend architecture and system design for complex services
- Optimize existing systems for performance, reliability, and cost
- Implement and maintain APIs, integrations, and service-to-service communication
- Write automated tests, CI pipelines, and tooling to reduce manual work
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Chat, Customer Service, etc.) to deliver features
- Take ownership of features in production and drive them end-to-end

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with Golang
- Strong, demonstrated knowledge of Go and backend system design
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure: AWS, EKS, containers
- Experience with databases and messaging: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis
- Practice of automation, unit testing, and maintaining high code quality
- Good English (B1+) for international team communication
- Interest or experience working with AI pipelines and mainstream AI tools
