Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain Python-based production tools and GUI applications used by Electrical Engineering, Production Support and Quality teams.
- Develop and maintain automated hardware test scripts and HIL test software to validate electrical systems.
- Own the Electrical Engineering and Production Tooling codebase, toolchain and development process.
- Integrate data collection and analysis pipelines to support debugging and product quality improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver test automation, CI/CD workflows, and Docker-based build/test environments.
- Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance and improve team development practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years professional experience in software development with strong Python and Linux proficiency.
- Practical experience writing automated test scripts and building GUI/web UIs (e.g., Flask, HTML, JavaScript) is desirable.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD (e.g., GitHub Actions) and version control workflows.
- Ability to read and discuss electrical system architecture and translate requirements into test tooling.
- Strong problem-solving skills, independent ownership, and clear written/verbal communication in cross-functional teams.
