Responsibilities:
- Implement features and workflow improvements in ServiceNow modules (Risk, CMDB, Asset, Change, Incident).
- Build and maintain API integrations between ServiceNow and internal systems (IAM, asset sources, security tools).
- Develop automation scripts to reduce manual operational tasks and improve reliability.
- Maintain data consistency across Asset, Process, and Risk domains; test and validate integrations.
- Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting, incident handling, code reviews and documentation.
- Learn and apply governance processes (Third-Party Risk, BIA, PRA, Change Management) in solutions.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in software engineering, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale integrations.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow governance modules (IRM, Risk, CMDB, Change, Incident) or similar.
- Proficient with REST/SOAP APIs and structured data formats (JSON, XML).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and automation languages (Python, Bash).
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable in regulated environments.
