Responsibilities:
- Lead product development for taxation-related features across jurisdictions, owning discovery, delivery and iteration.
- Create and execute product roadmaps that address regulatory requirements and client needs in international markets.
- Design intuitive customer experiences for tax flows, ensuring accuracy, compliance and clarity.
- Collaborate with engineers, compliance, legal and external partners to align interfaces and implementation plans.
- Drive delivery: prioritise work, manage dependencies, run agile ceremonies and ensure successful releases.
- Report progress and trade-offs to stakeholders and support decision-making with data and user insights.
Requirements:
- Product management experience, preferably in banking, capital markets or related fintech environments.
- Strong interest and basic familiarity with international tax topics (double taxation agreements, loss offsetting, valuation methods).
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex tax rules into product requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English; able to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Practical experience with agile tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, Figma) and delivering regulated financial products.
- Willingness to engage with compliance/regulatory teams and learn jurisdiction-specific tax implications.
