Responsibilities:
- Define and own the strategic roadmap for an internal "AI as a Platform" product.
- Translate business needs into platform capabilities (APIs, services, data contracts) that enable domain teams to consume AI safely and efficiently.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across client experience, personalization, operational efficiency, fraud detection, and automation.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and domain teams to prioritize, scope, and sequence implementations.
- Establish governance, compliance, and security requirements with legal and regulatory stakeholders; ensure auditability and data protection.
- Measure platform adoption, performance, and business impact; iterate based on metrics and stakeholder feedback.
- Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and timelines to senior stakeholders and engineering teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally with backend services, APIs, or AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of modern AI concepts (LLMs, prompt design, agent patterns) and practical implications for product design and risk.
- Experience working with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams to launch reusable capabilities.
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory constraints in a regulated industry.
- Proven ability to prioritize across complex dependencies and deliver in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
