Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product delivery for local taxation features across international markets, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Define product strategy and roadmap that balances customer needs, regulatory constraints and business goals.
- Improve client-facing tax workflows to ensure clear, compliant and intuitive experiences for international users.
- Coordinate with engineering, legal, compliance, external partners and regulators to ensure correct implementation and alignment.
- Manage delivery: set priorities, track dependencies, run agile ceremonies and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Communicate status, trade-offs and impact to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience in product management, ideally within banking, capital markets or fintech products.
- Strong interest in international taxation concepts (e.g., double taxation, loss offsetting, FIFO vs weighted average).
- Proven ability to translate complex domain requirements into clear product specifications and user journeys.
- Analytical mindset, excellent stakeholder management and strong written/verbal English communication.
- Familiarity with agile tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, Figma) and cross-functional delivery.
- Comfort working with regulatory and compliance teams and learning tax/regulatory details quickly.
