Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Claude technical advisor for large German enterprise customers across the full engagement lifecycle: discovery, technical evaluation, proof of value, procurement, and deployment.
- Lead technical architecture and agent design recommendations that meet enterprise security, compliance, and scale requirements.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives and Applied AI Architects to define success criteria, run evaluations, and create proof-of-value plans.
- Translate technical trade-offs into clear business value for C-level stakeholders and present solution proposals to executives.
- Support systems integrators and customer delivery teams during implementation and remain the ongoing technical contact for Claude adoption.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent German (daily customer-facing work in German is required).
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical advisory in enterprise settings.
- Demonstrated expertise building or advising on LLM-powered applications, agent architectures, prompting/context engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong pre-sales and value-based selling skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to C-level executives and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, data residency, and cloud deployment considerations.
