Product Manager, Business Technology at Anthropic

Responsibilities:
- Own roadmap and outcomes for Claude-powered internal products and automations across one or more business functions.
- Run intake, prioritize work by impact, and write clear problem statements and requirements for engineering.
- Ship iteratively: gather user feedback, measure adoption, and iterate after launch.
- Co-develop and drive adoption plans (training, rollout, support) with internal teams; treat change management as part of the product.
- Define and track success metrics; report impact and kill or rework features that don’t deliver value.
- Partner closely with engineering, IT, IT Engineering, Security, Legal, and Finance on access, data handling, governance, and architecture decisions.
- Stay current on Claude/LLM capabilities and identify fit-for-purpose use cases.

Requirements:
- Strong product management experience with ownership of internal-facing or technical products and measurable impact on teams.
- Proven track record of shipping products that changed how teams work and driving adoption.
- Comfortable partnering with engineering, IT, and security on technical scope, governance, and integrations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate messy needs into clear priorities and requirements.
- Data-driven mindset: define success metrics up-front and report on adoption and business outcomes.
- Familiarity with LLMs/agent tooling and internal system integrations is a plus.
