Responsibilities:
- Rapidly design, prototype, and ship full-stack internal features (backend, frontend, infrastructure).
- Work directly with users and stakeholders to discover workflows and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Abstract repeated needs into primitives, platforms, or middleware for reuse across teams.
- Build tools that increase autonomy for non-technical users and improve internal productivity.
- Own product decisions and prioritization; iterate based on feedback to improve outcomes.

Requirements:
- 6+ years building production software, ideally with full-stack experience (Python, TypeScript, React).
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end and operating independently when needed.
- Strong systems-thinking: ability to design abstractions and platform primitives from recurring requests.
- Experience building internal tools, platforms, or developer-facing primitives is a plus.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and working in ambiguous environments.
- Minimum education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training in a relevant field.
