Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of features for a single domain from day one (examples: banking, taxation, client data, wealth).
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to define scope, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Run lightweight user research, prototype concepts, and validate solutions through metrics and feedback.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (legal, risk, ops, compliance, finance) to ensure compliant, usable solutions.
- Monitor post-launch KPIs and iterate rapidly to improve customer impact and product performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product, consulting or fintech with demonstrable ownership of tasks or features.
- Familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and design tooling (Figma) for backlog and requirements work.
- Strong communicator with stakeholder-management skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Comfort with basic data analysis to measure outcomes and support prioritisation.
