Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery for features in an assigned domain (e.g., banking, taxation, client data, wealth).
- Partner with engineers, designers and domain experts to scope, build and ship incremental value.
- Maintain and prioritise a healthy backlog using user stories, acceptance criteria and clear requirements.
- Conduct user research and analyse product metrics to inform prioritisation and design trade-offs.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders (operations, legal, risk, compliance, finance) to unblock delivery.
- Track post-launch KPIs and iterate to improve adoption, performance and customer outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience in product, consulting, fintech or a related role with demonstrated ownership.
- Practical experience with agile tools and practices (Jira, Confluence); familiarity with Figma and prototyping.
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to translate business needs into clear user stories.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with basic data analysis to measure impact and inform decisions.
- Proactive, collaborative attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
