Responsibilities:
- Own a product domain end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, delivery and iteration.
- Work closely with engineers, designers and subject-matter experts to define requirements and ship customer-focused features.
- Run user research, prototype solutions and use data to validate decisions and improve outcomes.
- Coordinate with operations, legal, risk, compliance and finance to ensure product viability and regulatory alignment.
- Monitor KPIs after launch and iterate to optimize performance and user experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 0–2 years of product or related experience (internships/early-career roles accepted).
- Comfortable using agile tools (Jira, Confluence), prototyping in Figma and writing clear user stories/specs.
- Basic analytics skills to measure impact and guide iteration.
- Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mentality, curiosity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced fintech environment.
