Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product delivery for an assigned domain (e.g., banking, taxation, client data or wealth): discovery, prioritization and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers and domain experts to scope features, write clear user stories, and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Conduct user research and analyze product metrics to validate hypotheses and inform roadmap decisions.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (operations, legal, risk, compliance, finance) to ensure solutions are feasible and compliant.
- Measure post-launch impact, iterate on features and communicate results to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field and 0–2 years of product-related experience (internships, consulting, startups or fintech experience valued).
- Practical familiarity with agile tools (Jira, Confluence), prototyping (Figma) and writing user stories/specifications.
- Basic data analysis skills to track KPIs and inform product decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and the ability to align cross-functional teams.
- Curious, user-focused, pragmatic and comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment.
