Responsibilities:
- Design, operate and evolve Kubernetes platforms for production: manage clusters, ingress, service mesh and cert-manager.
- Create and maintain Helm charts and Kustomize for predictable deployments; support OKD/OpenShift environments.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Helm and improve CI/CD/GitOps workflows (ArgoCD).
- Build automation and platform tooling in Go, Python or Bash to reduce operational overhead.
- Implement monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry; define SLI/SLOs.
- Apply security and compliance best practices across the platform and document runbooks/ADRs.
- Collaborate with global teams, contribute to platform roadmaps and mentor colleagues.
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in platform engineering, DevOps or related disciplines.
- At least one year of hands-on production Kubernetes experience (cluster lifecycle and core components).
- Strong practical experience with Terraform and Helm.
- Experience with OKD/OpenShift platforms and GitOps/ArgoCD deployment models.
- Familiarity with observability tools and SLI/SLO design.
- Proficiency in Go or Python and Bash scripting; strong collaboration and communication skills.
