Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery, design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of backend services across the Grow & Engage domain.
- Translate product and design requirements into scalable, reliable microservices and APIs.
- Own features end-to-end: implementation, automated tests, documentation, and production operation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Designers and cross-functional teams to prioritize work and deliver customer-facing value.
- Share knowledge in the team, propose improvements, and contribute to team initiatives (e.g., GSDD).
- Keep security, observability and operational excellence in mind when delivering solutions.

Requirements:
- Practical experience building large-scale production systems with a JVM language and Spring Boot; Kotlin is a plus.
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and service-to-service communication patterns.
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred) and familiarity with non-relational stores.
- Comfortable working in cloud environments, preferably AWS, and with modern cloud architecture patterns.
- Strong testing mindset: write well-tested, documented code and participate in code/review/design sessions.
- Effective communicator, team player, biased toward action, and open to giving/receiving feedback.
