Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain backend services powering subscription and membership features in the Grow & Engage domain.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to translate user needs into scalable backend solutions and reliable APIs.
- Manage individual priorities while participating in team knowledge-sharing, GSDD sessions and platform improvements.
- Advocate for testing, documentation, security and cloud-native best practices across the service lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building production services with a JVM language and Spring Boot (Kotlin is a plus).
- Solid understanding of microservice architecture and experience with relational/non-relational databases (Postgres preferred).
- Experience or appreciation for modern cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and deployment pipelines.
- Strong bias for action, attention to security, and commitment to well-tested, well-documented code.
- Effective communicator who can give/receive direct feedback and work cross-functionally.
