Responsibilities:
- Define and own the Product Factory roadmap: platform orchestration, transactional/gateway data flows, and system reliability.
- Drive development of self-service configuration and orchestration tools to enable market teams to launch/modify products without engineering intervention.
- Operate and scale the central product catalog: maintain features, rates, limits, fees and ensure data integrity and high availability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, legal, operations and local market teams to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Embed automated compliance guardrails into platform workflows and coordinate market rollouts.
- Manage technical relationships and integrations with third-party core banking providers and external vendors.

Requirements:
- 4+ years product management experience, ideally in FinTech, core banking, or complex API/platform-driven environments.
- Strong technical fluency with backend architectures, relational databases, APIs, and system integrations; comfortable working with engineers.
- Experience with product configuration engines, centralized catalogues or similar modular product platforms.
- Proven stakeholder management and vendor integration experience across distributed teams and regions.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and balancing scalability, compliance, and time-to-market tradeoffs.
- Strong communication skills and a degree in STEM, Business, Economics or equivalent experience.
