About the role

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the Product Factory roadmap: configurable APIs, orchestration engines and central product catalog.
- Build and prioritize self-service configuration tools that enable regional teams to launch or modify financial products without engineering involvement.
- Own platform strategy, data flows and the orchestration of transactional/gateway systems across core banking components.
- Manage and scale the central product catalog (features, rates, limits, fees) to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Coordinate cross-functional work with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Local Market teams for safe rollouts.
- Oversee integrations and technical relationships with third-party core banking vendors.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in FinTech, core banking, or complex API/platform environments.
- Strong technical fluency: backend architectures, APIs, relational databases and system integrations.
- Experience creating self-service/internal tooling, product catalogs or configuration-driven platforms.
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into automated guardrails and product features.
- Degree in STEM, Business or Economics (or equivalent experience) and strong stakeholder management skills.

You will lead the strategy and execution for the Product Factory, building modular self-service tools and internal platforms to enable rapid financial product launches. You will also manage the central product catalog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and seamless data integration across banking systems.
