Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the internal AI platform used by engineering teams (AI Gateway, Skills Marketplace, developer tools).
- Implement AI Gateway features: provider routing, cost controls, security policies, observability, and safe consumption patterns.
- Contribute to Skills Marketplace: publishing, discovery, versioning, governance, and composability of AI capabilities.
- Develop AI-assisted developer tooling and integrate AI capabilities into internal dev platforms.
- Collaborate with DevEx and platform teams to design, test, and deliver production-ready, scalable, and secure infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Proven backend engineering experience building platforms or internal developer-facing systems.
- Proficiency in one or more of Kotlin, Go, Python or TypeScript and experience with APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience or strong interest in observability, security controls, cost management, and production-grade services.
- Collaborative, product-focused mindset with curiosity about LLM integrations and how AI improves developer workflows.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams; experience with cloud-native architectures and developer tooling is a plus.
