Responsibilities:
- Own the design and operation of access systems controlling AWS environments, ensuring least‑privilege and audit readiness.
- Operate and scale Teleport (or similar) for secure access to servers, databases, and clusters.
- Develop automated IAM workflows and integrate access controls into Terraform-based IaC.
- Implement JIT access patterns to minimize permanent privileged access.
- Collaborate with Cloud Control and other teams to translate compliance requirements into technical controls.
- Monitor access patterns, alert on anomalies, and support audit evidence requests.
Requirements:
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS IAM, Organizations, and multi-account security practices.
- Practical experience with Teleport or comparable PAM/JIT solutions.
- Strong Terraform skills and experience codifying security controls.
- Solid Linux and networking knowledge (OIDC, SAML, SSH, TLS, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in Go and/or Python for automations.
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes access and RBAC models.
- Security-first approach, strong communicator, able to lead technical initiatives independently.
