Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow an engineering team building Scalable’s vertically integrated investment & banking platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to plan, prioritize and deliver features end-to-end.
- Provide technical guidance on backend architecture, event-driven systems, cloud deployments and API design.
- Foster team autonomy, agile practices, career development and recruitment activities.
- Ensure high code quality, operational reliability, observability and scalable deployment practices.

Requirements:
- University degree in CS, engineering or comparable qualification.
- Hands-on backend development experience (Java/Kotlin) and strong understanding of cloud infrastructures.
- Experience with event-based/asynchronous architectures, distributed systems and RESTful API design.
- Proven people-management or team-lead experience and passion for mentoring engineers.
- Strong ownership, analytical thinking, communication skills and familiarity with Agile development.
