Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple Flutter teams and coordinate team leads to deliver features on schedule.
- Define and own mobile engineering strategy, architecture and cross-team standards.
- Oversee CI/CD, release management and store compliance for iOS and Android.
- Ensure app quality, performance and reliability; implement testing strategy and monitoring.
- Track and improve mobile health metrics (crashes, ANR, responsiveness, stability).
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA and Backend teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Mentor engineering leads and support organizational growth and hiring.
- Promote best practices, documentation and operational excellence across teams.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and native iOS/Android platform specifics and lifecycles.
- Proven experience managing 3+ engineering teams and multiple team leads.
- Experience with App Store / Google Play release processes and compliance.
- Skilled in mobile architecture, design patterns and cross-platform trade-offs.
- Experience managing mobile release cycles, CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
- Familiarity with mobile health metrics, crash analysis, ANR and performance tuning.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- This role is office-based in Warsaw with relocation assistance available.
