Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite technical integrations of the AI platform into enterprise IT and ERP environments.
- Tailor, fine-tune and optimize models and agent workflows to meet client-specific processes.
- Deliver rapid prototypes and PoCs and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Perform end-to-end data wrangling: ingest, clean, map and prepare heterogeneous datasets for ML.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to incorporate field learnings into the roadmap.
- Act as the customer-facing technical partner, managing expectations and ensuring successful rollouts.
Requirements:
- Native-level German and strong client-facing communication skills.
- 5+ years full-stack experience: Python, React, TypeScript, SQL and API development.
- Experience integrating with ERPs, REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks and B2B SaaS platforms.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering and scaling models in production.
- Strong data engineering/wrangling and system-architecture skills for real-world datasets.
- Service-oriented, proactive, solution-focused with ability to drive projects to completion.
