Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines (automated testing, build, deploy) to enable fast, reliable releases.
- Deploy, operate and maintain the platform across customer clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure) and OpenShift.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep; automate provisioning and drift detection.
- Monitor performance, costs and reliability; tune resources and observability to meet SLAs.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance across environments; create and update runbooks and deployment documentation.
- Collaborate with product engineers and customer IT teams to support rollouts and troubleshoot incidents.
Requirements:
- 3+ years software engineering experience with hands-on platform or infrastructure responsibilities.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Bicep and GitHub Actions.
- Operational experience across Azure, AWS, GCP and OpenShift; familiarity with PostgreSQL and Redis in production.
- Strong knowledge of observability, cloud cost optimisation and cloud security best practices.
- Clear communicator able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders; native-level German or B2 required for customer-facing work.
