Responsibilities:
- Serve as the onsite technical lead for client projects, converting requirements into scalable AI deployments.
- Integrate platform components with enterprise stacks and ERP systems (REST/GraphQL, webhooks).
- Scale and fine-tune LLMs and agent workflows for high-volume, customer-specific use cases.
- Build rapid prototypes and PoCs; demonstrate technical value to product and business stakeholders.
- Clean, join and transform heterogeneous real-world data to make it model-ready.
- Maintain close communication with clients and internal teams to iterate quickly and transfer knowledge.
Requirements:
- Native-level German and strong verbal/written communication for client-facing work.
- 5+ years in full-stack engineering with Python, React, TypeScript, SQL and API development.
- Proven experience integrating with ERPs, B2B SaaS and enterprise APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Practical exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents and model scaling in production.
- Excellent data-wrangling skills and experience preparing messy datasets for ML systems.
- Service-oriented, proactive problem-solver comfortable working in fast-paced customer environments.
