Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of the product’s core interface connecting operations teams to AI agents.
- Maintain and evolve the design system and shared UX patterns across the application.
- Build human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent-generated outputs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders; iterate on features based on findings.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and designers in a small founding team; own features end-to-end.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years of frontend/product engineering experience with strong product intuition.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS and experience building/designing design systems.
- Track record building workflow-driven interfaces that include review, exception handling, or approval steps.
- Experience running user research and usability tests to inform design decisions.
- Interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust; willingness to work on-site in Berlin.
