Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and deploy backend services within the Financial Empowerment (Lending) domain.
- Maintain and improve existing systems: refactor, fix bugs, add features and improve reliability.
- Manage individual priorities, deliverables and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams and participate in agile rituals (standups, planning, reviews).
- Write well-tested, well-documented code and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience developing software using Java or Kotlin.
- Ability to work independently, be a fast learner and solve problems proactively.
- Strong motivation to write clean, tested and documented code; openness to feedback and iteration.
- Full professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work with modern tools and collaborate across distributed teams; relocation/visa support available where needed.
