Responsibilities:
- Own complex technical dependencies across the system landscape and reduce integration friction.
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using Node.js and Vue.js (TypeScript preferred).
- Design, implement and operate scalable microservices and server-side rendering (SSR) solutions for improved UX.
- Continuously identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend systems.
- Integrate and operate monitoring and observability (e.g., Datadog) to ensure reliability and fast incident response.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, review designs and guide cross-functional teams on best practices.
- Support experimentation workflows (A/B testing) and high-iteration validation where relevant.

Requirements:
- ~9+ years of engineering experience solving diverse problems across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript and Vue.js (or equivalent modern frontend frameworks) and solid backend experience in Node.js or PHP.
- Proven operational skills: testing, debugging, monitoring, deployment and running production services.
- Experience with SSR, microservices design, APIs and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog) and deployment pipelines.
- Comfortable mentoring others, driving technical decisions and working in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Fluent English (C1) and a proactive, ownership-driven communication style.
