Responsibilities:
- Ship product features end-to-end for AI voice products: agent configuration UI/UX, integrations, and backend systems.
- Build an AI coworker to configure agents, debug flows, and integrate with external systems (CRMs, calendars, email).
- Optimize voice agents for speed, reliability, quality, and multi-channel interactions with shared memory/state.
- Create observability and tracing tooling to diagnose degraded interactions and enable fast root-cause analysis.
- Implement channel-routing and orchestration logic to select the right communication channel per situation.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years production experience building and owning product features and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python/FastAPI and/or TypeScript backend development; experience with PostgreSQL and Redis in production.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and event-driven/asynchronous systems managing complex state.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and observability tools (OpenTelemetry/Honeycomb) is desirable.
- Strong product sense, bias toward action, and focus on measurable business outcomes. Bonus: experience with Temporal or React/TanStack.
