Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development of the core product interface connecting operations teams to AI agents.
- Create and maintain the design system and shared UX patterns across the product.
- Build human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on automated outputs.
- Integrate UIs with underlying data sources and agent outputs to make results traceable and actionable.
- Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders; iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate closely with product, backend, and ML teams to align UX with technical constraints and trust requirements.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years professional frontend/product engineering experience with strong product and UX instincts.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building and documenting design systems for complex apps.
- Track record designing workflow-driven interfaces with review, exception handling, or approval flows.
- Practical experience with AI/ML/LLM products, focusing on presenting automated outputs in trustworthy ways.
- Experience running user research and translating findings into product changes; comfortable working with operations stakeholders.
