Responsibilities:
- Lead design and implementation of the core product interface connecting operations teams with AI agents.
- Design and evolve a scalable design system and UX patterns for complex, workflow-driven screens.
- Build human-in-the-loop review, approval and exception-handling flows that make automated outputs actionable and trustworthy.
- Run user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders; iterate on flows based on feedback.
- Collaborate with product, backend and AI teams to integrate models and data sources into the UI.
Requirements:
- 1–7 years of frontend/product engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
- Proficient in TypeScript, React and Tailwind CSS; experience creating and documenting design systems.
- Demonstrated experience building workflow-driven interfaces with review/approval flows or human-in-the-loop designs.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML or LLM-powered products and designing interfaces for trust and transparency.
- Comfortable conducting user research and iterating closely with operational users.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Berlin.
