Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned parts of Workspace: discovery, requirements, delivery, release, and iteration.
- Conduct customer research and discovery to identify high-value opportunities and define problem statements.
- Write clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories to keep engineering unblocked.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, grooming, retrospectives, demos) with engineering and design.
- Coordinate launches with Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and track feature outcomes.
- Define and monitor success metrics; use data to drive post-release improvements.
- Maintain awareness of AI, DEX, and enterprise SaaS trends to inform product direction.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of Product Manager experience in B2B SaaS, working closely with engineering in agile teams.
- Familiarity with AI-powered features or experience shipping AI-enabled functionality.
- Strong discovery, customer research, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and drive delivery to outcomes.
