Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Robo Trading tools in a greenfield initiative: discovery, roadmap, delivery and iteration.
- Define product vision and roadmap that balance client value, performance and operational constraints.
- Work closely with engineering, quant teams and product peers to design trade execution flows that handle high-volume, burst computations.
- Coordinate with compliance, operations and external partners to ensure secure, compliant integrations.
- Turn market research and user feedback into clear user stories, prototypes and performance metrics; measure impact and iterate.
Requirements:
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally in trading, wealth management or capital markets.
- Familiarity with trading systems, order execution logic and scalable cloud-native architectures.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using quantitative data to guide decisions.
- Proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong documentation habits.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building products from scratch (greenfield).
