Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritise and deliver the product roadmap for clearing, settlement and custody capabilities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance and external partners (CSDs, settlement counterparties) to build and launch solutions.
- Translate market research, quantitative data and client feedback into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and product specs.
- Manage trade-offs and support iterative releases, testing and operational readiness.
- Establish and maintain strong partner relationships and help coordinate integrations and SLA expectations.
Requirements:
- Practical product management experience (2+ years) or demonstrable experience driving product-focused projects in a startup/tech environment.
- Strong interest in post-trade processes, settlement, custody and clearing workflows.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to use data to prioritise and measure outcomes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to coordinate across Ops, Compliance and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving environment.
