Responsibilities:
- Define, prioritize and deliver the roadmap for clearing, settlement and custody capabilities.
- Translate market and user research, quantitative data and stakeholder input into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Coordinate delivery with Engineering, Operations, Compliance and external counterparties (including CSDs and settlement partners).
- Manage trade-offs to ensure secure, compliant and scalable post‑trade processes and integrations.
- Monitor performance and incidents to drive continuous improvements in settlement reliability and UX.
Requirements:
- Practical product management experience or equivalent project leadership in a tech/fintech environment.
- Familiarity with post‑trade processes, custody operations, securities transfers and CSD interactions.
- Strong analytical thinking with experience using quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize work.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., Finance, Management, Economics, Business Engineering) and attention to detail.
