Responsibilities:
- Own and prioritize the market-making product roadmap for the European Investor Exchange (EIX).
- Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics for market-making features and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with Trading, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to design, launch and iterate production-ready solutions.
- Manage external relationships with liquidity providers, MTFs and other market infrastructure partners.
- Use market research, quantitative analysis and user feedback to shape product vision and UX.
Requirements:
- Practical product management experience in fintech, trading or a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong understanding of market making, trading algorithms, market microstructure and multilateral trading facilities.
- Proven quantitative and analytical skills to evaluate trade performance and product impact.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders including trading and compliance teams.
- Excellent communication skills and a relevant academic background (e.g., Finance, Economics, Management).
