Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap for market making capabilities on the European Investor Exchange.
- Work closely with Trading, Engineering, Operations and Compliance to design, launch and iterate market-making features and infrastructure.
- Translate market microstructure research, quantitative data and user feedback into product requirements, user stories and KPIs.
- Build relationships with external partners and exchanges; manage integrations and operational SLAs.
- Monitor product performance, latency, liquidity metrics and iterate to improve market quality and execution efficiency.
Requirements:
- 2+ years product management experience or equivalent experience driving product initiatives in fintech/trading environments.
- Solid understanding of trading, market making concepts and market microstructure.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data to guide decisions.
- Experience collaborating with trading teams, engineers and compliance/operations stakeholders.
- Clear communicator with proven ability to write user stories and define measurable outcomes.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field is advantageous.
