Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead to design and deliver features for the Customer Risk Lifecycle domain.
- Implement, test, deploy, and maintain backend services following microservice principles.
- Mentor junior engineers and enforce code quality through reviews and shared standards.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to keep systems scalable, reliable and maintainable.
- Write and maintain automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and support production incidents when needed.
- Help define and document APIs, data models, and operational runbooks for the team.

Requirements:
- Professional experience building production services using a JVM language and Spring Boot (Kotlin experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture, API design, and distributed systems.
- Experience with relational databases (Postgres preferred) and basic knowledge of non-relational stores.
- Comfortable working in modern cloud environments (AWS preferred) and with deployment pipelines.
- Good engineering practices: testing, code review, observability, and mentoring others.
- Full professional proficiency in English and a bias for action with continuous learning mindset.
