Responsibilities:
- Own frontend delivery for Lounge by Zalando web apps and drive end-to-end implementation within your squad.
- Translate stakeholder needs into customer-focused UI solutions and influence frontend technical direction.
- Design and build scalable, performant and accessible interfaces using React, TypeScript and Node.js.
- Collaborate across product, design and engineering to set frontend standards, share best practices and mentor peers.
- Contribute to the Innovate mission: integrate personalization and AI-assisted features where appropriate.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on frontend experience with React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS and Node.js.
- Familiarity with Tailwind, modern frontend patterns (microfrontends, isomorphic rendering), testing and CD.
- Experience with cloud-native deployment and observability (AWS, Kubernetes, monitoring/CI pipelines) is a plus.
- Strong product and UX sensibility; ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and shape requirements.
- Proven ability to raise frontend engineering standards, mentor teammates and deliver customer-centric solutions.
