Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex platform initiatives for Prime Technology while remaining hands-on with coding and design.
- Set technical direction and engineering standards; embed automated testing, TDD and CI/CD into pipelines.
- Drive continuous improvement in tooling, delivery methodology and observability across the platform.
- Engage with business analysts, stakeholders and production support to define robust, production-ready solutions.
- Own incident response and major production issues; identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
- Mentor engineers, run design/code reviews and influence cross-team technical decisions.
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on Java development experience building and delivering complex systems at scale.
- Deep knowledge of automated testing methodologies, CI/CD and engineering best practices.
- Experience with databases, messaging/queueing systems and cloud/observability tooling.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of technical leadership, mentoring and driving platform-level improvements.
