Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business-critical clearing and settlement systems using Kotlin/Java and Spring Boot.
- Translate complex financial workflows into clear models using Domain-Driven Design.
- Build and operate cloud-native services on AWS, including containerised ECS services and serverless Lambdas.
- Drive CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code and automated testing to ensure reliable releases.
- Implement observability and monitoring to maintain production health and fast incident response.
- Own features end-to-end and contribute to raising engineering quality and developer experience.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant backend experience with Kotlin or Java and Spring Boot.
- Practical understanding of DDD, event-driven systems and distributed architectures.
- Hands-on experience with AWS container and serverless patterns, CI/CD and IaC tools.
- Strong focus on testing, reliability, security and operational ownership.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, product-oriented mindset.
