Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for AI agents in the Team (Fintech) product area.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to deliver agent products from concept to production.
- Implement and evangelize spec-driven and agentic development practices to standardize delivery across teams.
- Act as a hands-on technical leader: prototype, ship, operate, and iterate on agent systems and integrations.
- Mentor senior engineers, build consensus on architecture, and present technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience building scalable, mission-critical distributed and full-stack systems.
- 10+ years operating SaaS products, ideally on AWS.
- Practical experience with coding agents and a strong commitment to agentic development principles.
- Proven track record defining technical architecture at scale and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with LLMs/ML models, enterprise integration patterns (e.g., Apache Camel), or event-driven platforms (e.g., Apache Pulsar) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
