Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack design and delivery of AI-native solutions across product and platform, driving end-to-end architecture from backend services to frontend interfaces.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered agents, tools and workflows that embed AI into product contexts.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards: code quality, testing, observability and operational practices within the pod.
- Mentor engineers through design and code reviews, pair programming and technical coaching.
- Collaborate with cross-team stakeholders to define scope, align on approach and connect pod work to broader platform patterns.
Requirements:
- 10+ years building scalable software systems with strong full-stack experience (backend services + frontend or developer-facing interfaces).
- Proven track record leading technical architecture for platforms or cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience building, deploying or operating LLM-powered agents, AI platform components or related tooling.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic integration frameworks and prompt engineering techniques.
- Strong backend skills (Java, Kotlin or similar) and frontend experience (TypeScript, React or similar).
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and mentoring senior engineers.
Nice to have:
- Experience with A2A (Agent-to-Agent) patterns, multi-agent orchestration, ML evaluation or ML infrastructure.
